KemonChilo
Real-time service recovery for restaurants in Bangladesh. Know a table needs attention while there's still time to fix it.
The problem
Most feedback tools collect a rating and file it in a dashboard nobody opens until the week is over. By then the unhappy guest has left, and maybe written the review.
KemonChilo is built around the minutes that still matter: while the guest is at the table. It isn't a dashboard, a BI tool or a CRM.
Built for how restaurants here work
Guests need no app, account or phone number, and we don't ask for personal information. Alerts arrive on Telegram, which managers already have open, and they go to the managers on shift, or to an escalation contact if nobody is.
There's no AI in it today, on purpose. The job is speed and reliability, and plain software does that better.
Where it is now
The guest flow, recovery cases, Telegram alerts and reminders are built. Next is a free pilot with a small group of Dhaka restaurants. If you run one and want in, tell us.
From a bad meal to a fixed one
- ScanThe guest scans the QR card on their table and rates the visit from 1 to 5 stars.
- DetectThree stars or fewer asks what went wrong (food, service, waiting, cleanliness, price) and opens a recovery case.
- AlertThe manager on shift gets a Telegram alert with the table and the issue.
- ActThe manager acknowledges and fixes it from a one-tap link. Nobody responds within 10 minutes? KemonChilo alerts an escalation contact.
- RecoverThe guest confirms whether they were actually helped. If not, the case reopens with higher priority, and escalates if it still isn't fixed. Every step is kept on record.
